Handling a team member who “talks too much”
I’m pretty sure we all know somebody who talks too much and interrupts others, or just downright chokes other colleagues’ thoughts. Hell I even was once such a person. So here are a couple of tricks you can use to avoid the unfortunate situation of hurting somebody while stopping the fervent talker of the group.
